beMedtech is the Belgian federation of medical technology industry, representing over 220 member companies of which 70% small and medium sized companies, accounting for 80% of the relevant market value. Members are classified into 4 product segments : in-vitro diagnostics, medical consumable goods, implants, medical equipment and systems. The total accounts for over 1.5m product references, a yearly combined turnover of 3.4 billion euros, an average annual growth of approximately 4% and around 18.000 highly skilled workers in Belgium.
